What is a traditional cooking experience?

Traditional cooking is a hands-on experience where you learn local recipes and cook them under the eye of a host, a cook or a local producer.

It can take in choosing the ingredients, making the dough, working the old techniques and sitting down to what you have made.

The point is to pass on the cooking traditions and to show how food and a region's culture hang together.

Cooking activities are generally open to all ages. Anything alcoholic, offered separately, may be 18+.
